Built for capitalthat has a job to do.
Corporate treasuries are welcome too: an Income mandate keeps up to 90% of capital withdrawable at any time.
A cash-management mandatewith institutional controls.
SJPR FX+ is the investment and cash-management arm of SJPR, the international accounting practice. It gives institutional capital access to the AG7 Systems automated strategies, executed through MultiBank Group. Investors choose a Growth mandate targeting 50–70% a year, an Income mandate targeting around 18% a year, or a Blended allocation.
The core discipline is simple: only 10–35% of allocated capital is ever deployed in open positions. The remainder stays in the account as reserve and free margin, funding liquidity and the recovery of any floating positions. Income trades carry a stop loss; Growth positions are managed within the exposure cap.

Three mandates,one risk discipline.
Each mandate trades the same universe through the same execution and custody chain. What changes is how much of the 10–35% band is used, how losses are controlled, and how often capital can be withdrawn.
| Growth | Income | Blended | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Objective | Accelerated capital growth | Regular, withdrawable income | Growth and income in one allocation |
| Target return | 50–70% p.a. | ~18% p.a. | Weighted by split, e.g. 34–44% at 50/50 |
| Monthly equivalent | ≈ 3.4–4.5%, compounded | ≈ 1.5% | Per sleeve |
| Capital deployed | Up to 35% (full band) | Lower end of the band | Each sleeve within its own limit |
| Loss control | Exposure cap + recovery overlay | Stop loss on every trade | Per sleeve |
| Liquidity | Profits monthly, or up to 65% at once | Up to 90% at any time | Per sleeve |
| Worst case, 12 months | Realised profit − 35% max. exposure | Stop losses limit loss per trade | Growth sleeve worst case applies |
| Typical mandate | Long-horizon surplus capital | Treasury, cash reserves, distributions | Funds balancing return and liquidity |
Allocation
Mandate, split and liquidity needs agreed with SJPR; segregated account opened in the investor's name.
Execution
AG7 Systems trades the account automatically on MT4 under the trading agreement.
Exposure control
Deployment held within 10–35%; floating positions managed by the recovery overlay or stop losses.
Reporting
Broker statements reconciled by SJPR, with periodic performance, accounting and tax reporting.
Capped deployment,managed recovery.
Floating positions may or may not occur. When they do, exposure is confined to the deployed capital, never the whole allocation.
Recovery overlay
- 1Hold within the limitA position moving against the strategy is held inside the 10–35% cap rather than closed at the worst point.
- 2Generate overlay profitsFree capital continues to run shorter, smaller trades. Their realised profits form the recovery overlay ("Pocket Money").
- 3Reduce the floating positionOverlay profits are applied to close the losing position in stages, reducing exposure step by step.
- 4RecoveredOnce the floating position is recovered, capital is released and normal compounding resumes.
Worst-case methodology
The illustrated worst case for the Growth mandate assumes the full operating band is lost: realised profit for the period less 35% of allocated capital (maximum exposure).
For the Income mandate, a stop loss is set when each trade is opened, capping the loss on that trade. In a Blended allocation, the Growth sleeve worst case applies to that sleeve only.
The 35% cap is an operating limit of the strategy, not a guarantee of maximum loss.
| Market & leverage | Leveraged derivatives can move sharply; losses may exceed illustrated scenarios. | Floating positions | Holding a position open does not guarantee recovery; floating losses can grow and be realised. |
| Execution & gaps | Stop losses may be filled at worse prices in fast or gapping markets. | Model & technology | Automated strategies depend on system availability and on model assumptions holding. |
| Counterparty | Assets are held with the broker; investors should review its regulatory status and protections. | Liquidity windows | Withdrawal limits apply per mandate and may depend on open positions at the time. |

Reading the figures
Growth figures assume gains are reinvested and compounded monthly to reach the annual target. Income figures assume monthly profits of about 1.5% are withdrawn and capital is kept at its starting level.
Liquidity at scale
On a USD 10m Income mandate, up to USD 9m is withdrawable at any time. On a Growth mandate, profits can be taken monthly or up to USD 6.5m withdrawn at once.
